This months Technique is inspired by Old Glory, an early representation of mixed patterns! I love mixing patterns, and for this month would like to see you mix it up by choosing a bold pattern and pairing it with a softer one. Choose one or more papers from the bold Stripes category, and one or more from the softer Stars category. You may use one solid. Create a layout, card, or project using this formula.

chevron paper
large checks
Stars:
dotted paper
star patterned paper
floral paper
mini plaid
