It's terrible
it was my orange pen. I've had it since 1998. It was a good pen, it was used on many projects. I'm sad to say that I don't remember it's last project. You never know it's going to be the last until it is too late. I guess I'll have to resort to playing with one of the other 150 pens that I have. Such a sad, sad day. RIP orange Zig writer, RIP

I'd say mark it on your calendar, but do you have any other decent pens? I am to the point where if I find a pen I love, I hide them in the bottom of my carry bag and won't share them! What happens when they run out??? I caught my 9 year old niece DOODLING with one of my scrappy pens the other night. OH NO!!! That child got a stern lecture and she may be kicked out of the will (still contemplating...)

well...
my pens are locked in their own special cabinet and have their own storage cases. I almost kept the expired pen just so it didn't mess up the look of the case. Then, I realized that was a little too Emma for me so I threw the pen away and left the hole in the case!

I am sorry for your loss. I know this may sound like a cliche, but I hope you find another to fill the hole in your case and the hole in your heart real soon. Sunny days are ahead. Just be strong.

wow, I didn't even think of having a service. I said a few *choice* words before sending the pen on it's final journey. I am truly sorry to have denied anyone the opportunity of one last look at such a relic.

When Mouse no longer lit the world with her colorful facade, I made a memorial layout to give honor to her contributions. Perhaps orange Zig needs the same and it might help ease your pain.

I, too, think that memorializing orange pen in a layout might be appropriate. After all, we do record that which is most important in our lives.
