The husband got picked for jury duty today. I normally work 8 1/2 hrs but by the time he is done, I will have been here 11 hours. I guess I had better figure out what to do for the rest of the week (it's a 3 day trial) so that I don't end up living here at desk.
I really can't complain though. He is so excited he got picked & after my own 4 months of grand jury duty, it's time for him to take a turn.
Still not much fun to be stuck at work....can you take your scrappy supplies and hide them in the desk?
So sorry you got stuck at work. I'm not sure why - is he your ride home?
I got picked for jury duty once, but the case settled before I served... lol.

Luckily he got out an hour earlier than we thought so I only had to stay a couple of hours over. Yay!

If only I could bring my scrappy stuff. Or any crafty stuff for that matter. I think I probably will just be watching a lot of Netflix on the iPod.

Yep. He's my ride home.
I have never gotten picked for regular jury duty, just grand jury, which is very different. One of these days, with my luck I am sure it will happen. lol.
