Re: Tools of the trade (Cardstock)
I use a variety of cardstock. I look more for texture and color and could care less what brand it is. Bazzill is nice because of the variety though

I am definitely loving Coordinations cardstock, but I always buy Bazzill too. Can't go wrong with either one.

I really like the Stampin' Up colors. I don't use CS that much but when I do it is usually the Stampin' Up stuff.

Re: Tools of the trade (Cardstock)
I started off using the Paper Company variety packs from Jo-Ann because it's cheap and I work there. I got started in card making and scrapping backwards. I bought my Expression before I had ever bought a sheet of paper so I didn't know what I was going to be making. Turns our that I have a bit of a knack for making cards and I found the Paper Company stuff isn't the best for making cards.

After watching videos on Youtube and reading blogs, I discovered Stampin' Up and Papertrey Ink. The number one thing about SU and PTI are that they colors are amazing and they sell everything that coordinates. And for cards, I don't think anything is better than PTI. I think it's 110 lb. Plus, it's like really affordable. The only thing is that it doesn't come in 12 x 12 for scrapping.

I will also buy the open stock from Hobby Lobby when they run their 50% sale. But for the most part, I think I'm going to be buying SU and PTI.
