I qgree with all of you. ACOT is the BEST online scrapbooking site, all around.

I have called several times with certain requests- I think I usually talk to Heidi- she is always friendly, courteous and accomodating.

I agree the staff at ACOT is awesome. However, I rarely order from here anymore. Only for stuff that is going to someone else. For some reason the shipping to Alaska has gone up in the last couple of years. You'd think I lived in a foreign country. I have about $271 in my cart right now and it's $65 to ship. So, not going to place an order anytime soon.

I love how I can find unique things. If I can't find it in the store ACOT is where I look. They usually have what I am looking for.

I love ACOT-- I only order from other scrapbook on line site because ACOT doesn't carry Anna Griffin- all else comes from ACOT. By far the fastest shipping, best packaging and a REAL PERSON on customer service that actually helps you out!
