I have uninstalled and reinstalled DS from the Cricut website. I have downloaded the new fonts and updated the Cricut firmware. I have two issues: the first is that when I try to add a specific cartridge to Favorites or My Cartridges, DS repeatedly adds a different cartridge. I am trying to add Picturesque and it always adds Western. Next issue is that sometimes I double click an image and nothing happens. Or in the Shape Properties box, each double click of an image seems to just increase the size. If I get out of DS and go back in, it works fine. Since I am BRAND NEW with DS, it could definitely be something I am doing wrong. Any help is appreciated.
I am using Windows XP.
First, Welcome to ACOT, my friend! Glad you joined us!
Not sure that I've had either of those issues, so I'm going to have to turn on my machine to see what exactly you are trying to do.

That does seem odd. I'm wondering if there is a glitch with the last update. I would remove it and try reinstalling, if that doesn't work give tech support a call. They are usually very good about helping you work through these issues.

First of all - Welcome!
I believe that there is a number you can call for help? If not, Janie might be able to help. She's great!

Hi All:
Thanks to Laurie, I have discovered the problem. If the cursor is in a position which would mean the image would go off the page, you don't get an error message - you just don't get the image.
