Yes, they are! I wanted a professional to do my kids' senior pics so I sucked up the cost. I'm so glad I did it bc I really do enjoy them! Of course, my kids are 29 and 22 now so the pics are no longer displayed. I guess I looked at having their senior pics taken as I would if they were wedding photos. Both ocassions are so important! With all that said, I didn't break the bank either! There was a limit! LOL
Sometimes the one you think is your knight in shining armour might actually turn out to be a retard in tin foil!
My oldest sons friend went to photography school. He did my oldest's pics for $75 2 years ago and that included a disc with all the pictures. They were awesome. My youngest graduates this year and he did his pics for $100. I love that I can print what I want, when I want. Professional photographers charge wayyyy too much for me to pay. BTW your daughter is gorgeous!

I take most of the important photos myself. But, I will definitely pay for a nice family portrait!
I will say this I just SMH at the prices, I brought them but I had to do a payment plan. They were okay not the greatness I will be the first to admit that. I haven't order annoucments and such as of yet unsure if I want to make them myself or go with the package the school offers.
Pics turned out great...but I agree they are way to expensive!

Wow what a deal...awesome for you. That's what I'm talking about....smart lady
I did pay quite a bit for some family potraits earlier in the year...but I got the release to print up to 8x10 of 15 prints....and I got a 16x20 image printed...I also paid for some really cute pics of the kids from XMAS....I won the photo shoot, 25 XMAS cards and 2 8x10's for free...I only had to pay for the digital images {because I wanted them!}

I agree they gouge on those senior pictures, ridiculous. Though they did come out real nice.

Don't you think a principal of 15 years could spell PRINCIPAL correctly??!!

well, stress can cause all sorts of bleep, even typos!
I know it is crazy. My oldest is a senior and I had no clue. They get you coming and going. But their only seniors in high school once. Thank goodness. Its like paying for car insurance and repairs isn't enough LOL.
