They are back...most likely every other Friday because I am still a bit busy at work, but things are slowing down.
This week you are going to start with scalloped circles..I am using 3 different sizes. you can use more or less.
If you do not have a punch or machine to do these..I am going to show you a way...
start with a circle
now using a pencil or another small round object place it on the inside of your circle and trace, then move over and trace again.
repeat all the way around your circle and then cut out.
Now that everyone has scalloped circles we are going to cut into each scallop. Not all the way to the center, but far enouch so that whatever you put on top will cover the space not cut.
Do this for each scallop on all of your circles.
Then I like ti ink mine so each petal has distinction. I do thi by lifting each cut and running my ink along the edge of the cuts.
Now layer each circle on top of the next.
add whatever flower center you like.
I like a little more dimension to my flowers so I crumple each circle
then I layer mine with pop dots for a little more dimensional distressed look.
Here is my completed layout, using 3 of these flowers.
I hope you have enjoyed this flower on Friday. If you get a chance to participate this week, just upload your flower by next Friday night at midnight
(9/17) and you will be eligible for some random pointage.

this is basically the same flower..for the wreath I did not cut all the scallops. I just scrunched and layered the scalloped circles.
I used about 100 of these for my wreath...but my wreath was a half wreath( flat in the back)
wow! I really like these. Great tutorial. Thanks for all your hard work! ANd the page looks great too.
Yea Cindy with Friday Flowers is back!!! I love the cuttung on these! These are sooo fun can't wait to try them!!!! Welcome back!
