I wish I could call in - I am too chicken so stupid I know I get 10 days a year everyone uses them or at least one here and there. I never know what to say - my sister said just call in and say I won't be in today (tomorrow) and leave it at that - no need for them to know why ut I know they will ask

LOL...we have to "email" out so I don't get the nervous voice, or have to "fake" sounding sick. I just simply type what "ails" me and hit the send button!!

So sick that I felt the need to call out of work for tomorrow already so I can complete some more challenges and a few other projects I've had bouncing around my head. (I'm also going to go see my mom who is in the hospital right now and finish the final details like renting a car, purchasing park tickets, etc. for next weekends mini-vacay to Busch Gardens.) Sooooo, what does a person this sick do now? She makes a fresh pot of coffee with plans to burn the midnight oil knowing she can sleep in tomorrow....because she is SOOOO sick of course! BWAHAHAHAHAH!!!

You have NO idea how much I want to do that...but since the kids are home they would know the truth, and I can't set a bad example. darn

I have the same symptoms, but here I sit at work. We are a department of 4 and 3 of us are off on vacation today. Guess who HAD to be here NO MATTER WHAT? Yup. I should have brought my crop stuff and set up camp here. No one is around to notice. lol

I feel your pain!! That's the situation I was in 2 weeks ago....people on vacation and I was holding down the fort. Blech!!
