almost 2 am. Anyone else up? Anyone besides me have to go to work in a few hours?


the modge podge on my big letter was drying, so I decided to start challenge 10. Found the perfect photos - realized I did not have to raid DDs closet because I am always thinking ahead to scrapping her in outfits I really like. The inspiration was already on my table. Having so much fun with it I don't want to quite - adrenalin is high...suppose I WILL crash if I actually go to bed.

Well, Rita - I guess you were the only one up at 2am scrapping!!! Kudos to you for being such a die hard!!!!! I suppose if I didn't have to go to work, I may have gotten into it too, but I doubt it. Can't wait to see what you created at that hour of the morning. Good luck staying awake at work today

Good morning girls,
Wouldn't ya know - as soon as I decided to go to bed about 2:20 (btw, DH got up and came to see why I was still up - I think he was awakened by thunder) - a big storm came in. As I was getting ready to crawl in DD came in to - she hates storms. So we chatted a bit, had to reassure tornados weren't coming (at least I hoped) it was one of the loudest storms I had heard in a while...so I still couldn't get to sleep for an hr.

It's 8:42 am and the coffee is NOT helping. I grabbed a donut for a sugar kick, which means i just kicked my newer lifestyle of healthy eating. Haven't had caffeine or junk food in weeks.

I got up late - 7:33, made it into work by 8:12 - still beat the boss so he doesn't know I was late. Sadly, I wanted to see how my letter had dried overnight but did not have time to even glance at my scrap table. When the appraiser comes I plan to peek...since I have to meet him at the house. Maybe I will place an embellishment while I am at it...

I am glad you made it in before the boss! Funny about trying to get some done while the appraiser is there!

Sadly, I was still up then, too, I just wasn't paying attention to the MB! Of course, it was only 12-something my time. I actually had to sit up and wait for a container of chicken stock I made last night after supper to get cooled down enough to put in the fridge. Didn't really get any scrapping done besides picking out PPs for my next layout.

I was up til about 1am ET. Then took my laptop into bed with me to leave some love in the gallery but the tapping woke my bf up and he was a little annoyed at me so I had to stop that. I think I fell asleep in 30 seconds after that.

I woke up at 4:45 and couldn't get back to sleep; had to get up at 6:15 to get ready for work.


My little sis said she woke up at 2:30 as her bf was cooking sausage in the microwave and it was stinking up the house. She didn't get much sleep after that either.

Must have been something in the air last night. I couldn't sleep either. I kept waking up every couple of hours. I should have just gotten up and gone downstairs and scrapped. Now, tonight I'm going to work like crazy to finish up a couple of projects and get them uploaded. Or so that is the plan .... and as we all know, plans change.
