I have the same problem! My studio has so much room and I have pretty much filled it up! DH likes to joke that I could scrap 'til I'm 100 without ever buying another piece of paper and he is probably right! Scary thing is, when I was organizing, I really don't have too much that is repetitive. I have a pretty good memory and I don't usually buy the same paper twice. Ditto for all the other supplies, but I really have too much! Unfortunately, scrappy shopping is a bit of therapy for me and it is cheaper than clothes shopping, which I also do too much of...

Can't help you. I am such a paper Ho! I save scraps bigger than 2x2.

I don't have a ton but I have a good bit and I haven't paper scrapped in about three years. But I can not get rid of it!!! What if I need it one day? And what if I get really crafty and decide to do some hybrid stuff? Or what about crafts? I am so conflicted and attached!

My scrap addiction is bad and I'm in the same boat as some of you. I can't pass up a sale. I just bought 750 sheets of 12 x 12 paper because it was $20.00. Am I going to use all of it......I don't know, but I couldn't pass it up. I'm such an impulsive buyer too. Oh well, at least I can make pretty stuff and have something to show for my addiction.

I don't think we would be here if we all didn't have an obsession with paper and scrapping!
Although I'm mostly digital now, I can't stop buying pretty paper when I got into mike's or archiver's for adhesive. I'm not as bad as I have been in the past, and have been giving away bunches lately to some friends. But I still have waaaaaayyyyy too much paper for the little work I do.

lol i feel your remorse, each time i try to organise or clean or purge i get that overwhelmed guilty feeling that i shop too much and scrap not enough.,.. remember the days when you scrapped a few pages then ran out of stuff and had to get more cause you couldnt scrap.. ok that maybe only happened a few times in the very beginnning. but i remember.. I have to pack up my stuff too. we will be moving 5 houses down.. our flip house is almost done and we are moving in it for a while, and gutting ours to put foamed in insulation and remodel ours...this means i have to protect my scrappy supplies. box em up. i wont be able to use them much. our flip house is small 3 bedroom. we are moving from 5 bedroom house 2,000 sq feet to 1500 sq ft.

Sounds like the bargain of the century! I couldn't pass that up, either!

I have so much paper it's sinful, and on top of that I have been digital scrapping. But I am keeping my paper and will use it eventually
LyndaKay wrote:Dr. Lynda here to diagnosis your condition, Jess. Based on the symptoms (embarrassing amounts of paper and an obsession with all the new lines, especially Pink Paislee), I would say you have an acute case of papyrophilia. You LOVE paper.
It can't be cured, but it can be managed! Just keep making those wonderful layouts that you do! And maybe have a dozen more kids so you can use it all up!!
LOL I love this!!
My girlfriend made up a huge scrapbook basket and raffled it off for the "Relay for Life" this was a really good opportunity for me because I was able to give her a lot of stuff that I don't use and a ton of paper! She said my donation really made everyone want to buy raffle tickets, so that made me happy!
I tried that once--not buying anything for a while. Just drove me to the Dark Side even quicker. Now I find I'm hoarding digi-kits. Let's just face facts, all of us and get it out in the open...
...Hi, my name is Carol, and I'm a scrap-aholic.
Aren't we supposed to have donuts at these meetings?

Being bi-scraptual I hoard both! At least the digi stuff doesn't take up any room lol! Yay for super large hard drives!!
Hi... by name is Barb and I am a scrap-a-holic too. Now where ARE those donuts?!
I want chocolate donuts! I'm scared to start moving things into my room. Every time I dig thru things I find stuff that is still in a bag or a box or got put aside and then covered....

I am the same way, I am embarrassed that I have so much and I can't possibly use it all. I did sell some on our garage sale last month but it didn't even make a dent.
