I'm sorry for your loss. Hugs to you and your family.

When my mil passed away the funeral home put together a slide show of pictures that we had given them. It was fun to look back at old pictures and relive the memories. I hope that process brings you some peace and comfort.

OH NO! I'm so sorry!
I know it's really hard now, but it'll get easier... we went to visit my Grandpa at the cemetery yesterday, I can't believe he's been gone a year already But there were no tears from any of us... just good memories. Grandma is doing pretty well (and they were married 58 years!) but there were definitely some rough spots for her to pull through... making it through a year of holidays and stuff has helped her realize it'll be okay... and that Grandpa is always watching over us

I am so sorry about your Mom. Yes do the board, I know it will be the most difficult thing your have probally ever done! However in a small way it will also be comforting. I know you will find the right way to tell your daughter when the time comes. Special thoughts and prayers going out to you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my mom 10 years ago and my mil 10 months later. Hardly a day goes by that I don't think of each of them. Time does heal the pain. Big hugs to you and your family.

A memorial board would be a nice thing to do - but I have also seen digital picture frames at funeral homes. If she has pictures of her scrapbook work and you have LO's about her that you have taken pictures of, you could put them on a memory card and put them in the digital pic. frame. You could alternate it with old pictures of her and her family.

I'm so sorry about your loss and I think a memorial board will be lovely. I did them for my mom and I enjoyed looking at them so much and so did everyone else in the famliy.
