I would think an oval would work, too. Or maybe the shadow/blackout of a letter O or zero on a cricut or other cutting machine.

okay, so you mentioned using a cricut cart to cut out the balloons. Which one was that. I have a couple of layouts where I need balloons, so it would be great if you could tell me which one. (is there more than one?)

Celebrations has a balloon (super easy to get the different sizes too!) and WIMG has lots of flowers.

If you have those carts....

I don't have a Cricut myself, so I can't vouch for this, but this is what she shared in the thread.

I just looked and the celebrations cartridge has balloons.

And I was thinking that (I skipped all of page 5 on this thread, so slap me if someone already said this) a circle punch cut fringey around the edges would work for that center too, wouldn't it?
