Anybody have plans for the weekend?

I have a crop tomorrow, so am packing as I chat

Oh, have fun! It will be May before I can go to an IRL crop again. Of course, I'll be here for the ACOT NSD crop.

for actual spring break ...nowhere, the weekend after and the following week we are going to Disney...my dd is marching in the Disney Main street parade. And then home for 2 days and back to Universal Orlando with my SIL and nephew from Alaska for 3 more days.

That is so go about marching in the Parade! Is this your/her first time?

very cool. i have always wanted to go to Disney for a band trip but it never works out that way.


This year we are going to Myrtle beach.. they will do one competition and then we spend the weekend down there

How is everyone coming along with this month's challenges?

I did one LO for a PageMaps challenge but none for ACOT
Now that my son is starting to sleep more during the night, I plan to try to scrap more challenges next month.

How old is your son?

I'm not planning anything for Easter this year. I've been on the road so much, that I just want to kick back for a change.

I am! I still don't know how many yet! I think i've decided to grill chicken instead of baking a ham this year!!

My brother is roasting a turkey on his Weber grill....they are SO SO SO good!!!!

yep this will be her first time...her school has done this every year for the last 10 years or so...it is really a great way to end the year for the kids...and something really special as well. i think I am more excited then she is.

I remember the feeling well. My youngest dd got to go on a band trip her senior year to Wash DC. I wish I could have gone, but couldn't afford to take time off work.

Quinn will be 5 months old on April 4th.

I am happy if I can get 2 LOs done a month right now

I think I visited as a kid, when we lived in NC. But now, it's too far away. Especially when I have Galveston Beach only 1 hour away!

I have never been there either. Me and my 2 oldest kids will be going. Luckily we had the majority of the trip paid for by Bagging for tips at our local supermarket. (they are so nice at this place) we basically raised 1600 out of the 1875 that we needed.

So i am a pretty happy camper not sure if i will be that happy when i have to sit in a bus with 50 teenagers with raging hormones. lol
