What's your favorite TV show?
I SHOULD be working on a baby book now....mostly without pics, though.EarthMom wrote:I've given quite a lot of blank (decorated, but no pics) chipboard books as baby gifts for girls at work when they have babies. It's kind of become a tradition, and it seems to be really well liked. I've given my stepmother a scrapbook about the kids a couple of times. I'm working on a baby book for a friend... it's the first time I'm actually making one with pictures to work with! lolglo85cam wrote:Have you made any scrapbooks as gifts?
What's your favorite snack?
Other than the CM parties, have you ever been to a crop?
That made me laugh.EarthMom wrote:I"m not good at watching medical dramas... I pick them apart and criticize them too much. "They would never do it like that!" i'm always yelling at the tv.EarthMom wrote:I"m not sure I have only one favorite.... I love to watch House Hunters and just criticize the people who are buying hugely expensive houses and are picky because they don't like the color of the paint in the bathroom. But I like crime shows too. "The First 48" is a current favorite, because it is real and not reenacted or fake like CSI or something like that.glo85cam wrote:What's your favorite TV show?
Are you a coffee drinker? If so, how do you like it?
EarthMom wrote:I used to quite a bit, before I went on my little hiatus. But my favorite LSS doesn't have Friday night crops, has all day crops once a month and they always seem to hit on my days to work. The next one is actually on my weekend off, but it's my daughter's State championships for her WinterGuard! I can't win!glo85cam wrote:Other than the CM parties, have you ever been to a crop?
Sorry. Hopefully you will get to go to one soon!
I don't even have an LSS anymore. It actually wasn't so local anyway, but I did like to shop there to get my paper. Sometimes the colors are a bit off when shopping online.
EarthMom wrote:I drink my caffeine cold!! I am a die-hard diet coke drinker. I have never liked coffee... can't figure out what possessed someone to look at a coffee bean and think... geee, that would taste good if I ground it up and poured hot water over it. When I am camping I do love the smell of coffee in the morning, but never drink it. The weird thing around work... youwould think all these night shift nurses drink tons of coffee. But there are more non-coffee drinkers than coffee-drinkers. We debate the diet Coke versus diet Pepsi issue more! lolglo85cam wrote:Are you a coffee drinker? If so, how do you like it?
I love my coffee, but cold caffiene is always good, too!

I've been scrapping tonight, so I'm just now joining your little gab fest.

EarthMom wrote:I like your Field of Creams layout, glo. I like playing with words, so the title really caught my eye. Fun!
Wow! That's a really, really old one. Thanks, but I can't really take credit for the title....it was the name of the cow statue. My son and I stopped in Harrisburg, PA (on the way back home from picking him up at college) and we got a lot of pictures of the Cow Parade cows. I still need to scrap some of those!
Will you place an order when you reach that goal of 2000 points? Anything on your must have list?
Thanks. I saw the Frogs in Erie, PA, too. I'm sort of into seeing things that are a "little different" while on those road trips. I would have loved the moose statues!EarthMom wrote:I still like it though. I went to Michigan's Upper Peninsula on a road trip a couple of years ago. I have a friend who is really into moose, and one town has a whole bunch of moose statues dressed up in clothes. I took tons of pictures of them and made her a little book. It was fun.. very whimsical!glo85cam wrote:EarthMom wrote:I like your Field of Creams layout, glo. I like playing with words, so the title really caught my eye. Fun!

Have fun shopping!EarthMom wrote:Oh, yeah... it's going in tonight... I've hit the 2000, just waiting for the next cherry level now. It has some Cosmo Cricket, from the new lines, and some clearance papers from GCD Studios. I saw a layout in the gallery with paper from Scribble Scrabble that really caught my eye, so that might have to be added.glo85cam wrote:Will you place an order when you reach that goal of 2000 points? Have you ever traveled outside of the US?
Which US states have you visited?
Where would you go for the perfect vacation?

Perfect vacation? That is sssoooo hard! I love US history, so would love to visit Philadelphia, and places where the early days of our country were. But I also love nature and am interested in the Grand Canyon and Glacier National Park..... Alaska would be awesome. As much as we call things "old" here in the US, I love the old buildings of Europe and England... would die to go there someday. Any adventure away from home makes me happy though. New faces, new sights.... I'm easily pleased.
Can I come too?
