I don't consider what I have done for my family today random...so I would say sending a card of encouragement to a gal who started her job with the company same time as me, and having some issues (her boss is not as great as mine), was a RAK. She was so moved and thankful to get a card. I told her she needs to set it where her boss could see it so he can read what a wonderful person she is an asset to his office...because he totally takes her for granted, and thinks a candle from Walgreens is compensation enough on her birthday for all the extra efforts she has made on his behalf.
