She is my daughter's friend, and former schoolmate. 18 years old, a sophomore in college and was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. She's bright, beautiful, and a great soccer player! They currently have her at the Children's Hospital in Oakland...I'm hoping she'll get to spend Thanksgiving with her family.
I can't imagine how hard this is for her parents, and I know they would appreciate any and all good thoughts for their sweet girl.

Prayers of course. My son in laws mother was just declared in remission from leukemia. The dr.s and researchers have made great strides in combating this!
