some energy, please!
I am exhausted. I have baked carrot cake cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes. I have washed a mountain of dishes, finished the laundry, washed a set of curtains, ironed them, and hemmed another set. I have moved stuff back into the living room (we got the carpets cleaned yesterday), cleaned the oven, and reorganized the pots and pans.
Next, I need to wash the windows and sweep/mop the kitchen. But I am SO tired after not sleeping well last night and all I want to do is cozy up in bed with a book! So, please send me some mojo... energy... willpower... whatever ya got!
Sorry, I've been busy, busy, busy all day too and I've got nothing left to give. I think I need a nap... LOL! Hope you get a second wind soon.

Wow, with all you have done, no wonder you have no energy!

I think you've done plenty of work already. Now it's time to curl up with a good book. You deserve it.

When is your due date? Sounds like you are in the nesting phase!

Ha! December 5th. The problem is that I am a permanent nest-er kind of person!! My shower is Saturday... and even though my mom is hosting and doing all the food (except those cupcakes) it is at our house and I cannot stand the idea of anyone seeing some dirt or cobwebs so I am killing myself trying to make it all look nice. ::sigh:: And every. single. thing. we try to order or have done gets back ordered or stalled for some reason so we are way, way behind on the nursery and other house repairs. I am going out of my mind!
I believe that you have earned the right to read a book. Get to it! I am Simon Legree and am cracking my whip! Read!

After all that???? I think you've earned yourself a BREAK!
I used to be a "celebrity cherry", but now I'm in re-hab...... Holy Carp!
I need some energy too.. Been cleaning the house for two days cause the plumber is coming in the morning.

Good lord, woman! That is a lot of stuff. No wonder you are out of energy. Remember you also PREGNANT! That in itself uses up a lot of energy.
Go put your feet up, have a fresh cupcake and a cold glass of milk.

Go sit down, put your feet up and take a break! A healthy momma and baby are much more important than a clean house. Put your hubby to work! Get him to do a few of those chores for you!

I was thinking the same thing.

No wonder you are exhausted. Take the rest of the day off, you are pregnant, no one cares if they see dust. Honest!!
I'm exhausted today too, but not for the same reason. For some reason I woke up at 2:30 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. I'll sleep good tonight.

ummmm, it sounds like you've done used up more energy than a pregnant woman should have! I'm not sending you any of mine...it's old!
Jess, you may be a permanent kind of nester person, but remember that all that extra activity can cause pre-term labor. Just be careful! Don't worry about your nursery, it will come together. When Aaron was born at 25 weeks, we hadn't even started on the nursery. We didn't even know what room we were going to choose.
Take it easy, a healthy baby is a lot more important than a clean and cobweb free home!!
