I agree stickles is the way to go, just add it last and alow to dry overnighe before you put it in the protector.

How pronounced do you want this outline? I agree that stickles is the way to go, but if you don't want a lot, dab it around the item and then use your finger to smear it around the edge. You have a shorter drying time and it isn't as bold. JMO

Yes, good idea. I sometimes will take a very small paintbrush and paint the Stickles around an area that I just want to add some sparkle to.

Absolutely, Stickles are the best! The bottle has a fine tip and works wonders for doing outlines and working in small areas. Love my Stickles and would never go back to using anything else. By the way, the colors are fantastic.

Stickles are the only way to go. No mess like with regular glitter. But beware, once you buy one- you will have to buy them all. :-D
