for a shopping trip, about every two weeks. Now and then in between for bread, milk, fresh veggies. And I hit Costco about every 6 -8 weeks for meat. Not a big fan of the grocery shopping anymore

I despise grocery shopping, so I try to limit it to every other week. If I need to pick up stuff in between, DH usually does it for me.

Once a week, then usually another stop at the store on the way to work one more time to get whatever it was I forgot the first time. I know people hate grocery shopping, but I like it. Wierd- I know!
