Down in Texas this summer, we have had less than 10 days of any measureable rain. So when the clouds gather, everyone takes note. I think I have recorded only 3 or 4 of the times that we have gotten rain. Some of these pics show the clouds gathering, that eventually just moved off somewhere else, without giving us rain.

Does our background have to be grey or can we just have grey paper on the LO? Like if it was quilt squares--use some of the squares in grey?

ANYthing can be grey, your background, title, photo, even pieces of patterned paper. This is one of those colors that doesn't get a lot of exposure so it is a real challenge!

Here's my layout of a "Sunny" day at the beach. For my "gray" I used grunge paper. . . it's the only gray thing I had available.

I knew this challenge would be hard for me, b/c gray is not my color!! Always seems to drab and depressing. But I attempted it and decided to use bright flowers I had taken from my Mema's garden to really brighten it up! The title is "Without Rain, there would be No Life!" For my embellishments I used Suns throughout by Becki Kress What a Zoo kit and water splash that I erased a lot of so it looked like raindrops all over the layout from Anais Beach Elements.
