Mmmmmm sounds good never thought abot the B on the grill next time...


I made a special dinner my DD loves and begged for - well not really special - BBQ Brisket - it cooks all day in the oven - it smells like a smokehouse in here but it is looking good and the baked potatoes are almost done!



I could do it in a smoker but I am not good at it - too hot or not hot enough.... nothing ever came out right...

Man, all I had was a cold pb&j sandwich followed by a berry twist soft serve cone (that was yummy though); but I could use some BBQ!

That's what I had for dinner with the exception that my B was cooked on the stove, but it was still good.

Okay I'll ask - how do you do Bacon on the grill??

Jenna it is super easy and the nice thing is you can do a pound or 2 or 3..


Put it in an aluminum tray, keep it seperated and "turned" with tongs. It cooks while the grill is closed and it dos not take too long. It is always nice and crisp too
