well it's 7:40 pm in California so I guess i still get a chance but I haven't done anything for over a month cuz of work and kids and Leslie... (who else's sense of humor but hers can stand to be blamed for stuff when I hardly know her... )

I've been on the phone and e-mail with a new lending group about the appraisal of our house that came back $100,000 less then what is came at 2 years ago and that's with whole house improvements. I know the market has crashed, but this appraiser marked a lot of things Wrong and we're fighting it!

That's when I'll get my scrap on! Hubby goes to the gym tonight too, so it will be quiet for me to play.... Muhahaha!
