Hi
I saw Copic pens on the blog of my LSS and was wondering if anyone has tried them?
I know they are blendable and not really for journaling, but since I'm creatively challenged just wondering how anyone has used them.
Try doing a search on the message board. I know there was another discussion about them months ago. I think the posts were really positive!
I know there are classes you can take to learn how to use them. That was enough to scare me off!

Yes, I am addicted to them. Love the colors and you will be hooked once you try them.
My LSS owner loves them & they've offered a bunch of classes on using them with stamping. I'm not so good at stamping so I stay away.

Hey, Jenn, since you love them, maybe you could explain them some. You know, how to use them, what they do. That sort of thing. Thanks.
Bibi
I just recently started to use them and discovered that there is a learning curve on the blending part. Here is a great website that has helped me alot.

You can also do a search for Copics on YouTube.
For stamped images I use either Stazon or Memento ink. This way the Copics won't bleed out of the image when coloring. You also want to use a high quailty cardstock - 80lbs or more so the colors don't bleed through to the other side.
Splitcoast Stampers has a great theard:

Warning - once you start buying them they do become an addiction.
Hope this helps.
