That stinks! I had that happen with one of their thicker sets once. None of the letters would stick. I emailed them about it, and a couple of weeks later, they replaced it for free.

I've never had that happen, but I'll bet they'll send you a new pack if you PM them. Won't help you now, though.

That stinks, but I would contact them as well. Chances are they will send you a replacement and allow you to keep the pack you have.

They were GREAT with me. I had some problems with the Thickers loosing the "sticky" and all falling off my layouts. I emailed them and they sent me replacements for ALL of the Thickers that I had plus a Pack of 200 sheets of paper! Just email them, I am sure they will help.

That was the same thing that happened to me.
