I just opened up my thickers tangerine puffy stickers and the one sheet is missing! I have two sheets of a -t and no sheet with v's and u's and I need that, urgggg. Doesn't the stuff get checked before it's sent? Does this mean I have to buy another pack from here? Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Bernadette, it's not a "quick" solve, but I'm sure if you e-mail them and let them know they'll make up for it.

oh no! never had that happen to me thank goodness! I did just buy that exact pack this weekend while at a crop though; now I have to go check and see if I have both sheets in there too

How frustrating! I bet you have to wait longer for your shipments too. I bet it will be replaced, but such a let down especially in the middle of a project.

Be sure to get in touch with them. If they do not know that something is wrong they won't be able to fix it. And they sure do not want to lose customers.

I've never had that happen before and I own waaaayyyy too many packages of Thickers. That does sound like a pain. I know some people write the company and have luck getting a replacement.

They were GREAT with me. I had some problems with the Thickers loosing the "sticky" and all falling off my layouts. I emailed them and they sent me replacements for ALL of the Thickers that I had plus a Pack of 200 sheets of paper! Just email them, I am sure they will help.
now that I have calmed down (thanks for letting me vent). I used another font for the V that i needed and used the n for the u. So its all good, but i sent them a mail anyway
Glad you did email them anyway. I'm sure that American Crafts wants to know about their boo-boos too!
