Re: Hi from Texas
A BIG TEXAS HOWDY!

I really need to get that Aggie greeting under control....tooo much influence from my Aggie Daughter!

So delighted you've joined us, I'm a newbie here too, still trying to find my way around the board and get my ranch chores done. I get to claim I'm from Angleton and Groesbeck. I spend 95% of my time at the ranch now and the rest of the family in Angleton. Leaving in an hour for a week there. mkcdaisy is close to me and the next time I'm through her neck of the woods, I'll try and meet her for lunch in her town.

I think you'll find the digi folks really knowledgable. I love reading their threads although I've not attempted digi yet. You won't see many post from me on their threads because most of the time I'm clueless. I look forward to reading your posts!

I'm down in Clear Lake by the space center.

I saw that about your puppy rescue! My ex-inlaws had a cocker spaniel named Ginger. I just can't imagine the hurt and trauma those poor puppies went through.

I keep telling myself that one of these days, I'm going to get a furbaby, but I have had really bad allergies in the past, and since moving to Houston, I've not had any attacks. Still not sure if it was San Antonio or the animals I used to live with. Anyway, my life needs to settle down a little more before I can think of adopting.

Oh, lucky you - you have a LSS close by. The nearest one to me is Archiver's out in Katy or Lonestar up in the Woodlands.
