Hope everything is OK - could be anything but for the anxiety...sounds silly but...I have been there done that all the way to the emergency room...sit quietly, put your hands in your lap gently opened, breathe, close your eyes and picture your hands, how they feel , cold, hot dry..., every time you feel yourself drifting catch yourself and go back to focusing on your hands..I know may sound corny but it helps break the cycle of panic...try it!
I hope the bumps turn out OK... that sounds yucky.

I'm so sorry!! I had a feeling... My DD went through this last year, same symptoms, stress related but she also inherited my crappy auto-immune problems as well. No fun. I know it's a PIA and I'm really sorry.
Stress and anxiety can do strange things to a person's body. I hope you start getting better soon and hope some of the problems you are having get resolved. Take care~~
good thing your dr. was able to help you. deep breath's now.

Everyone's body reacts to stress in a different way but not everything you may have may be because of this. As a nurse I don't necessarily agree thay your hives may all be "stress" but you many have an underlying allergy that your body might normally fight and win but the stress causes your immune system to not be up to snuff.
We all need to be careful of doctors (especially male drs) who attribute things to stress, depression etc before they have done the testing to find out if there is a physical cause. Older physicians who were trained in a time when they attributed most problems of women be "emotionally induced" can miss important issues. I am not saying this in your case but just to keep it in mind. I once ended up in big trouble because a physician attributed my symptms of a serious health issue as just being a "little depressed."

Thankfully, it is not anything serious medically. As for the anxiety, I hope whatever causing it will resolve itself real soon. {{{HUGS}}}
eeekkk hives SUCK!! Hope they heal soon!
When I get stressed, I get shingles. Thankfully a small outburst, but dang it sucks. When I feel it coming, I try to escape into a good book, or video game that will take me away from the things stressing me out. HUGS!!!
