I will do that. I had two children born with multiple problems who needed lots of surgery. They are grown now but I still rmember how important people's prayers were and how grateful I was for them.

Praying for your guy! And YOU! I know it's stressful when our kids have surgery, been there done that! One thing I did with my little one is, we love Build a Bear, so I let him get whatever stuffed animal he wanted then we bought the doctor outfit and had all his doctors, nurses and support people sign the outfit with a sharpie. It was almost as fun for them as it was him and it really took his mind off some of the bad stuff. He also knew he had a prize bag (with some stuff from the dollar isle) waiting for him at home with some special snack treats in it. Of course, this will only work if he's fairly young!
