 Just got a call from Aunt Marie.   Aunt Julia (The one who is physically and mentally handicapped and has the brain tumor) fell last night and is back in the hospital.Her bad leg is hurting her terribly.   She was crying in agony when they tried to xray her. They don't know what caused her to fall (she was sitting and just fell over and cracked her head again)Every moment caused her pain. Of course, they couldn't give her anything until they ran tests.    My aunt and cousin were at the hospital until 1am when they finally took her to a room.  They are heading back over.   Please pray that they find what is causing this and they are able to at least keep her comfortable.  Aunt Julia has osteoperosis - so there is a chance she has a compression fracture.

I'll find out more tonight.

I'm a 7 hour drive so it's not like I can pop down there easily.

And I only have a couple more vacation days that I need for packing for our move (if I can save them for that)

I feel so helpless to do anything to help her feel better.   So helpless to support Aunt Marie and my cousin Diana.   I call and send cards and pray - but it doesn't seem lilke much.  KWIM?

 You can trust us to come through with prayers and good thoughts. Hopefully after the tests, the can give her something to make her comfortable. I know this is a hard time for you and the rest of the family, but don't be so hard on yourself. You are doing all you can at this point and I do hope yourfamily understands. Prayers for all of you.
