 i'm new here and was coming to post a call for help on uploading to the gallery when I saw this thread.  So happy to hear I'm not alone.

 I am getting that internet explorer cannot open the submit page.  I sure hope it's fixed soon.  I wanted to submit a signature for the GCT challenge and it was due today.
