Oh, I DID!!! Now I NEED them to make something that combines cinnamon and caramel.  Perhaps a Caramel Apple Pie?  Cinnamon ice cream with a caramel swirl and apple chunks and pie dough chunks.

 I don't really like the texture of Ben & Jerry's.

 I'm not a fan of ben and jerry's, however their coffee toffee ice cream does find its way into my freezer every once in a while.

 Half Baked for me, I love chocolate and can never decide which looks best, so when I discovered this it was perfect - no need to decide

 I agree,  I love Half Baked. It is chocolate chip cookie dough and brownies mixed together.......The best of two worlds....Phish food comes in at a close 2nd.

 Phish Food is chocolate ice cream, with gooey swirls of marshmallow and caramel, and to top it all off, fudge flavored chocolate in fish shapes "swimming" throughout!! YUM

please try creme brulee.  It isn't caramel OR cinnamon, but a sweet gooey ribbon that I think you will LOVE.

I can only find it at SuperWalMart.

 Chocolate Fudge Brownie was my favorite for a long time ... but now it's been over a year since I've had B&J's  - - I sort of lost the craving for it though I still eat plenty of ice cream - mostly local home made brands these days.

 Grocery shopping at Walmart this morning, and thought of this thread! Ended up with Half-Baked to try, and of course Phish Food! 5 bucks on 2 little containers of ice cream!
