I used to be until I started working in the clinic and then you have no clue what is under them and ewww.

I use to bite my nails, but since I've been going this all this "trauma" , I've quit. Which is quite backwards.
Yes, but I can go days without doing it. I tend to more when bored or on long car rides.

LOL, I twirl m hair too. It's a subconscious thing since I never know I'm doing it. As for my nails, I don't bite them. They break so easy on their own.
