I just posted for the first time yesterday. I found it hard to take a picture of my layout and then post it to the gallery so that it was just the layout and not any outside edges, such as floor or chair backround. If any body has any posting tips, I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'm on my lunch hour but I plan on checking back later this evening when i get home.
I usually put it on the ground and hover over it (make sure not to make a shadow) and then take the pic. Then when I upload the pics on my comp I crop it before posting. Just make sure the camera is as straight as possible!
If you have an image editing program use the crop tool to crop out everything around the page. Then you will have a photo with just your layout in it.
I crop mine in photo editing software after I upload it to my computer. I often adjust lighting & such also.
I crop it before uploading it to the site. Sometimes I can't get it perfect, or sometimes I lop off some of the edge, but that's my secret!

I just try to stand over it and take a decent pic. I crop out what I can, but I'm not worried if there is extra in the background.

I crop as much as I can from the picture before posting it. I just use my microsoft picture editor that came with my computer.
Hopefully I'll be asking similiar questions real soon! Still haven't posted anything as of yet!
