what do you use ... I have a scrappy friend who used Mod Podge for the paper applied to the GB. The GB warped and the paper doesn't adhere just real well. So I am curious what others use.

I use Ranger Glossy Accents but I've also used just Elmer's Paper and Craft acid-free glue that I buy at Hobby Lobby. The Glossy Accents dries amazingly fast and similar to KI Gloo and Diamond Glaze. You can find it here in the store and works great to add a shiny finish on the top as well.
Let's see, I've also used tacky tape (the red tape) and when desperate I've run some ad craft permanent tape down the back and pressed hard and it's still stuck so I guess that works too.

Zip dry glue works for me!

Since I am new to this, I was wondering what people use for adhering paper to those little cardboard albums? It seems to need something all over and not just the edges. I haven't figured it out yet.

I've mostly used glue dots for my grungeboard...but I've not covered any in paper, I just use the dots to adhere to my LO.
For the mini albums 1grandma - I'd suggest a Xyron.

I've not covered grungeboard in paper, i like it's texture too much. But for anything that needs to really hold, I use Beacons 3 in 1 glue.
I used to be a "celebrity cherry", but now I'm in re-hab...... Holy Carp!
