I had to go look this up. 
If you click on the person's name. (For instance you could click on my name over there <------) On the left hand side of the screen under where it says CONTACT (user) is a link that says View My Wishlist. Click there to see their products.
This is all assuming the person has their Wishlist public. So for anyone who wants to do that, you go http://www.acherryontop.com/user/myacco ... ge_privacy and click on the box that says Show Wishlist in User Profile.
