Ok, the closest Cheesecake Factory is in Kansas City about 3 hours away. Since I can't drive. I figure it'll take me about a month to hobble all the way up there. Is it worth that? Or I can wait until we move to Virginia because there are a BUNCH right where we'll be living!!!!

If you need a really easy dessert, here it is:
1 Graham Crust
1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 tub of coolwhip
Mix the pineapple and the pudding together then fold in the coolwhip.
If you have a large tub of coolwhip then save some for the top.
Put it in the crust and chill it for an hour.
Awesome!

My diet was going so good and I skipped over this thread until now. What have I done??? Now I think I need brownies. I would really love a big old slice of cheesecake but I don't have the ingredients. I do, however, have the ingredients for brownies. MMMMMMMM!!!
