I know mine and my hubby's but not my kids. And when we go to the Dr they always ask for my kids, and I dont carry them with me and forget to look them up for that trip.

 I know my own and that's it.  I figure most places really don't need the number so why memorize.  Plus, if I truly need it, I know where to find them
