 Ooh, I was just thinking about this today. It's 10 degrees here today and the high tomorrow is supposed to be 12 with the low -2.

But I had loaded mashed potatoes from Ruby Tuesday for lunch and I was in fat girl heaven!!!! LMAO!

So for me it's mashed potatoes or homemade New England clam chowder!

 Mmm....love chili!  I also love pot roast, slow cooked in the crock pot with carrots and potatoes!  Yum!  Tonight, we are having pork chops and sauerkraut that have been cooking in the crockpot...I planned ahead this morning!

 homemade soup.  I make it about once a week all during the cold weather.  We just finished off the last of the veggie beef for lunch today.
I make veggie beef, chicken or turkey noodle (and I make the noodles from scratch too), potatoe, tomatoe, navy bean,  and several others.
My other fav cold weather supper is meat loaf and potatoes with gravy.  yummo  My kids fav is beef stew and hot biscuits.
