Mine is Anne...with an "e". I always have to say that otherwise people leave it off. I love my middle name...Kayla Anne seems to flow just right. It is my mom's middle name too and I love it!!!

Re: Question of the day 1/5
I love my middle name! It's Mapuana. My siblings and I all have Hawaiian middle names to honor our heritage. Mapuana means "wind-blown fragrance." Most of my cousins and family in Hawaii still refer to me as Mapuana (you may have seen this via facebook).
I did a layout about my name in 2007!

Re: Question of the day 1/5
 oh yeah,

My husband's and my family both like giving the first born son their father's name. So we combined our traditions and came up with giving our sons their daddy's names but in Hawaiian. So we have Drake Iakopa (Hawaiian for Jacob, my hubby) and Gabriel Keone (Hawaiian for John-my dh's middle name).

Mine is Jeannine...don't love it, don't hate it. It doesn't have any family significance because my first name is after my Great Grandma.

When we named our kids, we gave them the first names that we loved and family names for the middle names.

Re: Question of the day 1/5
My middle name is Ann and I hated it when I was younger, because with my first name (Rebecca, or Becky), my initials will almost always spell something.  Until I was married my initials were RAG :graymad:.  You'd think my Dad, whose initals are LEG, would have prevented this, lol.

My middle name is Renee.  It used to be spelled Rene, but I had it legally changed when I was thirteen.  I like my name.

Re: Question of the day 1/5
I don't have a middle name. My first name, Wunneanatsu, is so long my mother thought that was enough for me to handle...LOL Seriously, Indian people don't traditionally have middle names and since I was named the traditional way, I didn't get one.
