They are back!!!! ( sorry I had planned on being back sooner--but my computer died and I just got it back this morning)
What is your middle name?? Do you like, hate it? Do you use it? Do you know anyone with the exact same name as you?
Mine is Kristine-- I don't really mind it except when hubby says it-- it just makes my hair stand up on ened when he calls my by my whole name-- my mother never even did that!! Thoug, I do that to my kids frequently.........
This whole conversation started becasue Amanda was looking up a cousin on Facebook and she found 12 other people with her exact whole name -- Amanda Marie C...... who knew????? I guess it is becasue of othe last name, I know me and my dh,s step mom have the same first and last name-- but different middle one!!
My middle name is Louise. It was going to be Marie, but my aunt named her daughter (3 mo. older than me) with Marie as a middle name, so Mom didn't think she could use it! Go figure! I think it's fine, but I seldom use it. However, if someone says, "Jean Louise Guster!!!" it sure catches my attention! Whenever my parents used it, I was in trouble. Whenever my DH says it, I know he's been trying to get my attention for a while.
I wonder, sometimes, if we ever give God a headache.
My middle name is Elizabeth. No one has the same name as me, at least not that I've found through google, facebook, anywhere. So I guess I'm unique. But it's only cuz of the last name, not a popular one at all.
I don't mind my middle name. I don't use it unless asked to though. No reason to make my name longer than it already is! Jennifer Elizabeth Daeninck. Try spelling that out when you're 6! haha!

Mine is Kirsten and I am fine with it. No one ever calls me by my full name but my dad's nickname for me when I was a kid was "JK". As far as I know my full name is unique.
My middle name is Lynn and I don't use it for anything. It's been a long time since my mom called me by my whole name!
I used to be a "celebrity cherry", but now I'm in re-hab...... Holy Carp!
Ann - it's my mom's middle name too. My dad wanted my mom and I to have the same initials.
Oh, and I forgot to say that I like my middle name.

Marie is my middle name. I like my whole name. I never was one of those people who did not like their name.
Mybe I always liked my name is because I was named after people I loved. My first name is after my grandpa, and my middle name is a family name. Also my middle name is the first name of a beloved aunt.

Mine is Lyn (yes, with one N) I am not sure why my parents chose it, but I like the way it flows. Maria Lyn
my middle name is Kay. It was done after my aunt who also has that middle name. My best friends middle name is kay too so. I don't mind it at all.
Lee - It's a family name that goes forever back. It was also my first husband's middle name and both of his grandparents' middle name and his great-parents too. It's my husband's grand parents' middle name as well so I think it's a name we're meant to keep.
I used to hate it with a passion because it was spelled as a boy name. Now that it has been shortened to go with the "M" and I understand the historical relationship it has I really like it.

Mine is Marie. I like the way it flows- Emily Marie. My aunt's middle name is Marie, but both my mom and sister are Anns. Infact I'm the only one in my immediate family without an A middle name.

Mine is Jeannine - use to be inital J, (my parents did not know what middle name to call me LOL) anyway about 15 years ago I changed it to Jeannine after my mother and surprised her for Christmas.
Kellie
Mine is Jean. Erica Jean sounds southern to me for some reason... I guess it's fine enough.
My middle name is Lynn. When I got married I wanted to drop the Lynn and keep my maiden name as a middle name...I didn't do that though. I never use my middle name...my signature doesn't include my middle initial either.
My middle name is "Lee" - I don't really have a feeling about it either way. I never really use it on anything!
Dawn.
It was the name my dad wanted for a first name, so they compromised. Probably the last time they ever did that
My kids all have Catholic saints for middle names... Andrew, Clare, Therese and Catherine. I did it so if they didn't like the funky first names I gave them, they would have some classic to fall back on
As you probably imagine "Delaney Catherine" is used together around here a LOT.

My middle name is Lynn and all three of my daughters' middle names are Lynn. The tradition died with them, though, because all my granddaughters have different middle names.

My middle name is Lee. My mother used to tell me it's because I was born in South Carolina, so it was after General Lee (the general, not the car!). In recent years she's changed her story, saying she wanted something short since my full name used to be Cassandra Lee Steigmeier. Gaa!
Never thought much about the middle name, to be honest. My mom calls me Cassie Lee a lot.
