how about a heritage page contest. And for folks who do not have the older pix to scrap, they could print current pix in sepiatone or b&w and distress them. That is a fun technique-distressing photos.

i love the contests/challenges. they really help me rethink when i sit down to scrap. i love sketch challenges or scraplifts. i do think it's important to keep it to products people are most likely to have available.

W hy not combine some of these suggestions into a challenge: a layout about what we love about ourselves (for example I love that I am a people person and that I love to travel and learn new things). This would be an AAM with lots of journaling and a twist on the love theme...we all have our own selves so no worry about not having pets or kids or a honey. This could be like a Valentine for oneself?
