the surgey he requires is very expenise comp dosen't want to pay for it so it is in the lawers hands right now.because dh turned down the less expenise surgery that comp would payfor they won't pay his wages. the surgey they asked him to have would only be a temp. fix that would more than likely do more harm than good a as far a ssi that won't kick in until after his surgery.
