For me, it would be either Emeril (I've eaten in one of his restaurants and the food was amazing) and I think he is funny  or Paula Dean; she seems to be so down to earth and 'good ol' gal' and I love Southern home cooking

 Paula Deen hands down! Good ole country cooking(gotta love all that butter!) and tons of humor. I think she is so funny, I laugh so hard when her show is on!

If I were in the mood for Italian, it would be Mario Batali.

If I wanted some good ol' southern comfort food, it would be my girl Paula.

But I also love me some Emeril, Alton, Bobby, and Ina and Giada.

Wolfgang Puck is the only celeb chef whose food I've eaten. Haven't heard of most of the names mentioned. But any chef would be good for me since I detest cooking but love to eat. A good sushi chef would do it for me.
