I saw this one the other day, by Sheila D, and was struck by the composition first and then by the theme that is carried out so beautifully with the chicken wire, the rooster charm, the rooster itself - it gives that country feel thoughout. I just love it!

I am picking this one because it has special meaning to me. Yes, it is one of mine, but this is very special to me. My grandmother was in a wheelchair and not able to car for herself for half of my life. I was fortunate to know her before her stroke and my older son was also very fortunate to get to know his grandma!! She was a very strong and determined woman and when she passed, she was determined to see God. Anyway, this is very special because she really loved Timothy and he has very good memories of her!
