DISHWASHER - pots and pans cycle - FASTER or SLOWER cycle?
Arguing with Hubby (playfully) over the POTS AND PANS cycle in the dishwasher. He says its a faster wash, so dont do it if there are plates and stuff too. I say bullpooy - it's a longer wash cuz its washing pots and pans!

What do YOU say? (besides "google" it smarties)

Don't know. I prefer hand washing.

I don't know about for all dishwashers, but for mine it is a longer wash.  We use it when we do the camping dishes and it's a longer cycle.

Just tell him that LONGER is ALWAYS preferable to FASTER!!

That should make him think!!!! ;)

I have "discussions" with Bud about pots and pans in the dishwasher.  He puts them in and they don't get clean

HELLO!!!! It's a DISHwasher!  The pots never get clean in there!

Well, we have that cycle and I've never used it.  But I did set it to wash that way and it's much longer than the cycle I normally use.
We hand wash pots and pans here.  Tell him that is even longer and slower! :greenlol:

Longer cycle on mine. I use that one all the time and I add my pots to it, as long as I get off the tough stuff it's fine.
