 I left this pretty simple, so that you can embellish it and make it "yours". 

I will add ribbons to the jump rings.  (You can also tie it with ribbon!)

The strip of paper is adhered only at the ends.  I am going to write a little bit about each kid on each tag..so i remember them in 2008.  (Well, the good things, any way )  The tags pull out.
