I have never used Glimmer mist, this is making me feel the need to give it a try.
Now take you a few minutes to make you a background page. I will give you about 5 minutes and then post again.
I only have one bottle of glimmer mist, that I ordered for this class and it just came into today! I don't know if I will use it much so I just got one for now. I cant wait to try it!
I use a big piece of cardboard and my cement floor in the craft room

Any questions?? I will give you a few more minutes on the background paper. Feel free to take a pic and post what you did here in the class thread.

I use my ACOT boxes too but skip the paper towels. I like all the pretty colors it leaves behind. I also usually blend the color with my finger to smooth out the effect so its not so blotchy.
I'm not late
Everyone else is way too on time.
0/3 for February
I used copper (heavily) on white Bazzill and now I am doing a beach LO, I love the colors! Its gonna take a while to dry though!

Ok have that paper done? Good! Let take a look at our second project. We have a regular sheet of cardstock and a template. We will use the spray to make the template on the paper.Place you paper on your work area and your template where you want it. I find it is best to cover the remainder of the paper with something like computer paper or wax paper so it doesn’t get the spray where you don’t want it. However, do not use paper towels for that. It will seep through and you will get it on your paper.
Get you another piece of paper and get your stencil.
Once you have it all set begin your spraying holding it at the correct distance for the look you want.
Once you have finished, carefully remove your template being careful not to get drops on the paper from the template and wash the template. Your project should turn out something like this.

I don't have any GM but I am following along. I think I need some!

Don't worry about being late and don't worry about notes. As soon as I am done with the class I will be adding it all into a article that will be posted here on acot for all to access.
I will give you a little time to work on this and answer any questions you might have.

I AM SO coming back to see what you've got going in here Amanda after my shift! I have about 20 bottles of this stuff begging me to use it again!
I did the background piece - it's really wet - had to do it in the basement (no box). I'm going to watch the steps then try them together later. I love the stencils - they are awesome!
One question - once the Glimmer Mist dries does humidity affect it in the future?

Yes humidity will affect is since it is water-based. If you plan on keeping it somewhere were humidity is high (such as a bathroom) you will need need to spray a protective coat on it.
I *love* the stencil idea...now I have to buy some glitter mist!!
