Dh had four tix to a Genesis concert. Two of his friends bailed on him so he offered the tix to the sister of one of his coworkers(the sister was my roommate). When we called him for directions on how to get to the show, he said his date was sick and had just cancelled on him, so why didn't we just ride with him?
We did, and we hung out as a threesome until he picked one of us! I swear I kept him drunk till he picked me and asked me to marry him...he said he was looking at me all along, LOL

We've been married 21 years this November!

We met on Match.com.  Fated though - on the night of our first date we had both been invited to the same party (toga party).  It came up while he was paying the bill at the end of the date and I was like, WHAT A SMALL WORLD!!  I got back to my friends' place to get ready for the party and was asked, "how did it go?" to which I replied, "I think he might be the one..." 

We've been together for over 5 years now (and better get engaged soon!!)

 Hmmm..I knew  high school friends of his via college..when we first met we both had sig. others..3 months later we were engaged..18 years ad 5 kids and numerous pets...we are still under the same roof

We hated each other freshman year, but Sophomore year came around and we kissed on Halloween then hung out till December when we started dating again and haven't been apart since.  it was the 1st few days of college and he was looking for a girl on my floor he had met at orientation, I was watching football with my dorm door open - almost everyone had gone home for the Labor Day weekend. He poked his head in my door after she was not there and said "a girl is watching football?" and that is how we met. we started dating and dated for 7 years before we got married, we will be married 9 years this Oct.
