As for the avatar in the gallery, I "think" it takes time to catch up...so if you just placed your avatar in there, it might take awhile to catch up.

How long is "a while" for the gallery to catch up? It's been a day. My new avatar shows up on board posts, but not gallery posts. (I didn't have an avatar before.)
